General Conditions

By accessing and using the services of Cloud Tech Computers, located in Tirupur, you agree to follow and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of our IT services and website.

Repair and Services

When you submit a device for repair, diagnostic, or servicing, please note:

  • Data Responsibility: Customers are solely responsible for backing up their data before submitting any device for repair. Cloud Tech Computers is not liable for any data loss during the service process.
  • Diagnostic Fee: A non-refundable diagnostic fee may apply if the customer decides not to proceed with the recommended repair after an initial assessment.
  • Unclaimed Items: Devices not collected within 90 days of the service completion notice may be disposed of or sold to recover service costs.

Warranty Terms

We provide a limited warranty on specific repair services and hardware:

  • Repair labor normally carries a 30-day warranty against the same original fault.
  • New hardware components are covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty periods.
  • Warranty is void if the device shows signs of physical damage, liquid ingress, or unauthorized tampering after being returned to the customer.

Payments and Pricing

All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments must be made in full upon completion of the service and before the release of hardware. We accept Cash, UPI, and major Credit/Debit cards.

Limitation of Liability

Cloud Tech Computers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the specific service provided.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu.
