Refund & Return

Hardware Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Cloud Tech Computers. For hardware products purchased from our Tirupur store:

  • Standard Returns: Items in their original, unopened packaging can be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
  • Opened Items: Opened hardware products may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Non-Returnable: Software, consumables (like thermal paste or ink), and custom-made cables are not eligible for return once opened or used.

Service and Repair Refunds

  • Labor Charges: Labor charges for completed repairs, diagnostics, and data recovery services are non-refundable.
  • Unsuccessful Repairs: If we are unable to fix your device after a diagnostic attempt, only the diagnostic fee (if applicable) will be charged; any additional labor quoted will not be charged.

Refund Process

To initiate a return or refund, please visit our store with your original invoice. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund:

  • Cash payments will be refunded in cash or via UPI.
  • Card payments will be refunded to the original card used (processing time depends on your bank).

Warranty Replacements

If a product is found to be defective within the manufacturer's warranty period, we will assist you in the replacement or repair process as per the manufacturer's policy. Cloud Tech Computers does not provide direct cash refunds for manufacturer-warranted hardware after our 7-day initial return period.
